Saved my skin!
My face was so dry, and felt rough, due to the winter weather coming in and no moisturiser or serum I was using seemed to be doing anything, or only very little. I have used Nivea soft yearss ago, and loved it, it worked so well for me, so I thought I'd give it ago again (price was what put me off for quite a while as I thought it was a little high, usually would get the 500ml). I'm so glad I did, my face is back to being soft and smooth and hydrated! No more dryness, itchiness, or flakiness. I'm so, so happy, I could cry. I noticed the formula has changed to a vegan one now - I personally don't seem much difference in effectiveness, it still works as good as it did when I used it years ago. I will say the thickness seems to be a bit thinner, but for it to work as well as it does, I can live with that lol

New formula - disappointed!
I suffer from sensitive skin, been using Nivea soft since before I can remember. It was the only cream that my skin didn’t react to and kept me moisturised, the new formula doesn’t work, doesn’t keep my skin moisturised and feels weird/itchy. Need to hunt for a new cream.

New Formula is awful
I have been using Nivea Soft for years as it was one of the few face creams that didn't irritate my skin and I loved the feel/smell of it. Just bought a tub of New Vegan Formula and hate it!!!! It stings on application, smells bad and leaves the skin on my face and neck feeling very dry and itchy. Nivea, you have lost another happy customer
